How WellD operates

WellD holds a strong focus on technological development. In a market of everchanging and evolving solutions, a constant effort to keep up-to-date is necessary. Along this line, WellD continously organizes classes and courses on different technologies, involving internal collaborators as well as partners. Furthermore, knowledge sharing is encouraged through workshops, conferences, and public events on new technolgies.

The solid competences within WellD are thus constantly complemented by the availability and open-mindness in respect to learning new languages, frameworks, and methodologies. The Figure above illustrates just a few of the solutions we are currently exploiting.

WellD believes that a structured project needs development methodologies aimed at enhancing the efficiency and the quality of its products. Specifically, the constant application of AGILE methods such as SCRUM is an everyday practice at WellD. This orientation towards details moves from the continuous requirements elicitation, all throughtout the design and refactoring phases, and eventually ending into user experience, usability, and accessibility analyses.
